Can you define style guide and design systems?
Yes, If required I create the design system and style guide, just to make sure about the further UI enhancements.
Would you like to work full time on contract basis? If yes, then what will be the payment mode?
Yes, I usually prefer to work long term contract basis. I prefer to work on an hourly basis which helps me to deliver positive results and provide quality services continuously.
How you make your UX decisions?
As I have over 3 years of experience as a Analyst and UX designer, I always make sure that the UI should be totally user-centric. Any goal which the user going to achieve using the system should not be far beyond 3-clicks. I've an understanding of user psychology, so I make my decision accordingly.
