As a professional in the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) and textile industry, I have gained valuable experience in merchandising, product coordination, data management, buyer communication, and cross-functional teamwork. In my role as an Officer in Merchandising, I am responsible for coordinating different stages of the garment production and order execution process. I work closely with internal departments, including product development, production, planning, sourcing, quality, and logistics teams, to ensure that customer requirements are properly communicated and projects progress according to agreed timelines. My work involves handling and organizing a large amount of product and order-related information. I regularly prepare, update, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, order details, product specifications, and other important business documents. This experience has strengthened my skills in accurate data entry, data organization, data formatting, Microsoft Excel, documentation, and reporting. I also have experience communicating and coordinating with international buyers and business partners. This has improved my professional communication skills and taught me the importance of accuracy, attention to detail, timely responses, and maintaining high-quality standards. Working in a fast-paced international business environment has also helped me become comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. One of the most important aspects of my merchandising experience is coordination. I work with different teams to follow up on product development, sample progress, order requirements, production schedules, and delivery-related activities. When challenges arise, I communicate with the relevant stakeholders and support the process of finding practical solutions to keep projects
