What access do you need to my store, and is it safe?
I only need Shopify Staff Access with the permissions relevant to the work — never your main account password. You control exactly what I can see, and you can revoke access instantly at any time. If you'd prefer to start with view-only access while we build trust, that's completely fine.
What hours do you work and what timezone are you in?
I'm based in Pakistan (GMT+5) and typically respond within [X] hours. I overlap with US and European business hours daily, and I'll always tell you upfront if something will take longer than expected.
Can you handle my store long-term, not just one order?
Yes most of my clients start with a weekly package and move to monthly management once they see the workload lift. Message me and we can structure something around your actual order volume.
What tools and apps do you work with?
Shopify admin, AutoDS, DSers, CJ Dropshipping, Oberlo alternatives, Klaviyo, Shopify Email, Google Sheets, and most standard Shopify apps. If you use something I haven't listed, ask — I learn new tools quickly and won't charge you for the ramp-up.
What if I only have a small amount of work?
Then start with the Basic package or just message me. I'd rather tell you honestly that you don't need a monthly retainer yet than sell you one you won't use.
