How much are revisions?
If the mistake is mine, it will be promptly corrected at no charge. However, if there is a revision/change to the script, it will be $5 for up to 80 words.
Can I call you and direct you as you record my voice over?
Yes, you can call me via Skype and direct me while I record your voice over so you can get the exact read you want.
What is your communication policy?
I am open to communication at any time; I will respond as quickly as I can. Since I offer 24-hour turn around for free my communication is generally as fast.
How long will it take to receive my order?
I will turn the initial recording around within 48-hours. Then, if you have any notes or requests, I will action them within another 24-hours. Please note, I set the whole job requirement time longer than is needed so we can complete the recording as quickly as possible.
Can I request a demo before ordering?
Can I request a demo before ordering? Absolutely! If you don't hear what you want in my samples, I am more than willing to record an extract of your script. Message me with a short piece of your script and I will turn the sample around within 24-hours.
What if I don't know what voice I want you to perform?
Before you place an order, send me a script in a message and I'll audition a few voices based around your suggestions. If you hear something you like, the follow through with the order.
Do you provide voiceovers other than Character voices?
Yep! While being wild and crazy is a piece of what I do, I come a professional presentation background so if you have a project that requires a more "toned down" or professional performance, I can do it! If you want to direct me.
What if I don't like the character voice you provided?
Simply add a revision and give direction on the changes you'd like and I'll provide it. Though if you haven't ordered yet, message me a piece of the script so I can try a few voices out for you to make sure you hear something you like!
Do you do custom orders?
