2. Send me the photo you want to draw (Good photos for good results (not blurry, cloudy, night shots)). If the photo is damaged or does not match, we will notify you in advance and can replace other photos until approval

3. Delivered in high resolution JPG/PNG format, 300 dpi

4. Can request the theme and size of the design, consult first. Receive pictures and complete orders.

5. We provide opportunities for design revisions and not substitutes for themes / concepts agreed at the outset.
