Your itinerary includes a personalized route, day-by-day planning, accommodation and activity recommendations, and practical transport logistics. I can also coordinate bookings.
Optional concierge services can include private drivers and guides, translators, photographers, yacht charters, private island stays, dining and wellness reservations, special occasions, visa assistance and support during your trip. Services, dates and availability are agreed in advance.
Every itinerary receives the same care and personalization. Planning fees reflect trip length and complexity. Concierge fees depend on the services and support requested.
Prices cover my services. Accommodation, transport, activities and other travel expenses are paid separately.

Does the price include the cost of my trip?
The price covers the planning and coordination described in your offer. Accommodation, flights, transport, activities and other travel expenses are paid separately. Concierge services are an optional paid extra.
How do we get started?
Message me before ordering. I’ll send you a link to my travel questionnaire to understand your interests, pace, budget and comfort preferences. We’ll then confirm the scope and the right offer for your trip.
How do the three offers differ?
The offers cover different trip lengths. Every itinerary receives the same care and personalization. Fees reflect the planning work involved, including the number of destinations and transport connections.
What can your concierge service include?
It can include private drivers and guides, translators, photographers, yacht charters, private island stays, dining and wellness bookings, special occasions, visa assistance and support during your trip. And any other requests. We agree on the services, dates and availability before ordering.
Do you plan trips beyond Bali?
Yes. I’m based in Yogyakarta, on Java, and plan trips across Indonesia, including quieter islands. We choose destinations around your interests, travel dates and comfort preferences, with realistic connections between each stop.
Which languages can we communicate in?
We can communicate in English, French, Polish or Armenian. I also speak conversational Indonesian.
