Yes, I do most of my projects in Adobe Illustrator and I do provide the source files as well so you have editable graphics, text, and colours with fonts embedded for any future changes.

I sent them a word document to have some graphics put in to make it look really nice, all they did was add a thin line border to each page...that is it.
