I'll go through your schematic and PCB layout and send you a written list of problems, ordered by how serious they are, with a suggested fix for each.

What I check:

• Power: regulators, decoupling, current paths, reverse and over-voltage protection
• - Schematic: pin connections, pull-ups, reset and boot pins, unused pins
• - Layout: trace widths, clearances, grounding, return paths, connector and mounting positions
• - Manufacturing: drill sizes, silkscreen, solder mask, pick-and-place and BOM mistakes
• - Mains boards: isolation distance, slots and creepage

I work in KiCad and Altium. I designed my own 4-channel home automation board, from schematic and layout through assembly and firmware. I also designed a second version with an isolated supply and a 6 mm isolation barrier.

You get a PDF or text report with marked-up pictures. I don't change your files unless you add that.
