Are Broadcast rights included?
No. Broadcast/public performance rights are needed for any radio, tv or social media use of any kind. This adds $35
What is a "Monitored Session," and when might it be a good thing to add?
If you have very definite, specific ideas about how you want your ad or other project to sound, it's always easiest to get that sound by being "present" while the recording is being done, via Skype or telephone. It's an inexpensive way to sit-in and guide/direct the session.
Do I need commercial rights?
Commercial rights are required for any business and script that incorporates a company name or business, promotion, school projects etc. If you are using the Voice Over for anything other than personal use, Commercial rights are required.
