this is a team of people. they switch who is working on your order so it is never the same person. I work d with them previously and INGRID was amazing so I chose to work with them again. bit the other people aren't as talented or detail oriented as her. I hoped for better results but the work they did was good and satisfactory for sure, not amazing.
