Your real ones wherever they exist. I record the live site or app. If it is not built yet I build the screens to match your design, so the film still shows something real rather than a stock clip of someone smiling at a laptop.
Is the voiceover a robot reading my bullet points?
No. It is written to the script and recorded properly. Tell me the accent and the pace you want and that is what you get. If the read is wrong, that is what the revisions are for.
Can I run it as a paid ad, and do I own it?
Yes to both. Full commercial rights are included at every length: run it as a paid ad, put it on your site, keep it forever. There is no licence to renew and nothing to pay again.
