You are getting complaints about your website's navigation? Do you think you have everything you need in your web site but somehow people have hard time finding the info they need? Well, let me help you with your web site's Information Architecture (IA) and mostly with its usability. In general, usability testing should be done by bunch of users but if you are an experienced UX specialist like I am, I can give you quick tips to set things straight!

Do you deliver any file?
Yes, I deliver you a private link from Youtube to see my professional commentary on your project. This link can not be searched and as long as you don't share with anyone, noone* will be aware of it either. *Some videos may be provided for demo reel
Why do I need to purchase one package vs the other?
Well, if you look at the packages, there is a limit of pages I can provide feedback for. With different packages you are buying "more time" (more pages), also the delivery time frame can be shorten depending on what package or extra you add.
Why should I trust your commentary?
I've been in the industry for more than 15+yrs. I worked with many big brand names that allow me to learn tips & tricks of the e-commerce. Also, as an individual I believe sharing is caring. So, I'm happy to share the wisdom I have learned with anyone who is open minded and ready to make a change!
What is ask me a question add-on?
