When placing your order, you will have a chance to upload any pics, videos, colors, and any details necessary. Your files need to be the best quality (high resolution) for the best possible outcome. Original design file is preferred for your logo.

In order for your GIFs to be searchable to the public, you need to have a GIPHY Brand Channel (one step above a basic Giphy account). I can help you with this. Read gig description for details.

To be approved for a GIPHY Brand Channel, you need: -Business/brand website -Business/brand email (i.e example @ yourwebsite .com) -Business/brand social media account(s) -Minimum of 5 related GIFs uploaded to your GIPHY account

Approval can take up to a week, and as long as 2 weeks in some cases. I will notify you as soon as your channel is approved. At that point, your gifs will gradually begin rolling out in the search results over the following 24 hours, under tags related to your brand and gifs.

**I am no longer making gifs from video files. I only accept static images (jpg, png, ai, pdf, etc)**

Gifs appear clearer in Facebook stories than in Instagram stories. I recommend creating your stories on FB, downloading them there, then uploading them to IG. Also, Gif quality may be reduced if you submit low quality files. Vector files result in the clearest gifs.
