Why use Claude instead of ChatGPT?
Claude is excellent at long documents, following detailed instructions and writing in a consistent voice. With Skills and MCP it can also work inside your tools, not just chat.
Do I need a paid Claude plan or API key?
Yes. Claude Code, Skills and Cowork need a paid Claude plan (Pro or above). Some automations also use an Anthropic API key. I'll tell you exactly what you need before we start.
Who pays for Claude usage or tokens?
You do, through your own Claude account or API key. Everything runs in your accounts, so you keep full control and pay no fees to me.
What are Claude Skills, and do I need them?
Skills are saved instructions, templates and files that make Claude follow your exact process every time. If you repeat the same kind of task, a Skill saves time and keeps results consistent.
Which tools can you connect Claude to?
Gmail, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Google Sheets, n8n, Make and most tools with an API, using MCP connectors or API integrations.
