FAQ
What languages do you speak / work with?
We speak English, Turkish, Russian and Kazakh. We can develop apps that will support over 20 languages, based on your requirements!
Why should we chose you?
We have over 7 years of corporate experience working at both Google and Shopify. Outside of our professional expertise, we have developed 10 highly succesful apps, and have obtained 'Built for Shopify' badges as well as being featured on the 'in the spotlight' section within the Shopify App Store!
Can you build integrations with marketplaces?
Yes! We have experience building integrations with large marketplaces and financial institutions in several markets. We can tailor to your needs, please reach out if you have any questions!
What is the difference between a private and a public app?
Custom (private) apps are those which can be installed basically on a single store, they are basically designed to fulfill the needs of specific buyer use cases. However public apps are published on the Shopify App Store, and accessible to all Shopify users. We can build either to meet your needs.
Are there ongoing costs to any apps you develop?
Depending on your goals and your requirements, the app we develop may have ongoing maintenance costs which we may ask to have covered by a monthly fee or a one-time fee. It is best for you to contact us and for us to explore possibilities together, and build a package that works for your budget!
