I review 3 months of Cost Explorer or Azure Cost Management data by service, account and tag. Then I check for the usual waste:

Do you need admin access?
No. Read-only billing and resource access is enough. Write access is only needed for the Premium quick wins, and only for the agreed changes.
Will you change anything in my account?
Not without your written approval. The audit itself makes no changes.
Can you guarantee a specific saving?
No honest auditor can before seeing the data. Every estimate in the report is calculated from your own bill, so you can check it.
Do you support GCP?
