You can't always talk about your struggles with your friends and family. You may realize that instead of solutions you will end up being misunderstood or judge. They will do so not because they want to upset you, but because they love you so much.
Dealing with anxiety, depression, seeing your family dealing with cancer, not finding your mission, are things that are familiar to myself also. I've gotten lucky to have a great therapist, coaches, mentors in my life so now I can help you:

My coaching approach that I'm trained in is about working on 4 levels:
1. Emotional - feelings, trauma, addictions, attachment, relationships
2. Mental - blockages, patterns, mindset, resources, goals, limited believes
3. Behavioral - habits, resistance, actions, decision making, routines
4. Spiritual - understand ego, meditation, presence, peace, forgiveness

I prefer Skype, Zoom or WhatsApp because it’s a lot easier, but we can find a convenient way if it's not a good option for you.
My requirements are different than your gig options. Are you flexible with custom orders?
