Do you offer commercial use?
Yes! All packages come with full commercial use rights. You are free to use the design for products, merchandise, branding, or anything else for your business.
Why is the delivery time that long?
I usually need only 1–2 days to complete a logo. However, I work on each project in the order it’s received. The delivery time ensures your project gets the attention it deserves and is delivered on time without being rushed.
Where are my updates?
I work in a queue system. Each order is handled one at a time with care. Your project will begin once it reaches its turn, and I’ll send updates as soon as I start working on it. This helps me maintain high quality and timely delivery for every client.
What if I want changes after delivery?
No worries! Each package includes a set number of free revisions. These cover small tweaks to the same design (like colors or text). A new pose, concept, or version counts as a variation and can be done for an extra fee. Just message me for a custom offer!
What if I want more poses or variations of the mascot?
I'm happy to create additional poses, facial expressions, or outfit variations! These can be added as custom extras depending on your needs. Just let me know what you have in mind and I’ll create a custom offer for you.
Can I get the source files later?
Absolutely! If you choose the Basic package and later decide you need the source files (PSD, AI, or EPS), I offer an affordable add-on to upgrade your order. Just message me anytime!
Can I see design before ordering?
I don’t offer previews before an order is placed, unless we already have an ongoing or long-term collaboration. However, you're welcome to check my portfolio, and feel free to message me with your idea. I’ll gladly confirm if it’s a good fit before you place the order.
