I will patent search your idea and draft a patent application

I will perform a professional patent search and, depending on the package, draft a complete utility patent application and guide you to self-file it.

Every order starts with a prior-art search in patent databases and key online sources. You receive a list of the closest references plus a clear patentability opinion and recommendations (proceed, narrow, or rethink).

For Standard and Premium, I then draft a full patent application for one invention, including: Field of the Invention, Background, Summary, Brief Description of Drawings, reference numerals list, Detailed Description, Abstract, and basic Claims. Drawings are extra ($20 per figure; most inventions need 36).

I also prepare the information you need for the official forms and give guidance so you can self-file in your chosen country (US, CA, AU, EU, UK, HK or others). I do not file or sign for you.

Important: search results may be positive or negative; the fee covers my time and expertise, not a guaranteed patent. Government fees are NOT included.
