I will test your website for bugs, usability and user experience issues
About this Gig
I dont just test whether your website works I review it from the perspective of a business owner and a first-time customer.
With decades of real-world experience in business operations, ecommerce, product development, branding, marketing, customer experience and workflow design, I look at how your website supports the business behind it.
Ill manually go through your site with fresh eyes and identify problems that may be easy to overlook after working on it for months or years. I review navigation, buttons, forms, mobile experience, user flow, layout, wording, trust, calls to action, missing information and obvious bugs or errors.
I also look beyond technical functionality. Is it immediately clear what you offer? Can customers easily find what they need? Does the site build confidence? Is there a clear next step? Does the experience match your brand and business goals?
Youll receive a clear, practical report explaining what I found, why it matters and what I recommend improving.
This service identifies and documents issues and opportunities. Coding and website repairs are not included.

FAQ
Do you fix the bugs or problems you find?
Sometimes. Simple fixes on certain platforms may be available for an additional fee. More technical issues or custom code would need to be handled by your developer.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your website URL, what you want visitors to accomplish, and any specific pages, features or areas you’re concerned about.
Can you test ecommerce stores and checkout flows?
Yes. I can review product pages, navigation, cart flow, forms and checkout usability. I will not complete a paid order unless we agree on a safe testing method first.
Do you test websites on mobile devices?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages include reviewing the website from both desktop and mobile user perspectives.
What kind of problems do you look for?
I look for broken links, buttons or forms, confusing navigation, unclear wording, layout problems, missing information, usability issues, trust concerns and anything that may frustrate a first-time visitor.
Why is a fresh set of eyes helpful?
When you work on a website for a long time, it’s easy to become familiar with how everything is supposed to work. I approach it like a new customer who has never seen the site before, which can uncover issues that are easy for the owner or developer to overlook.
Do you offer other services?
Yes. In addition to website testing, I also offer website development and redesign, ecommerce support, product development, sourcing and packaging, UX and workflow consulting, and broader business-focused project support. If you need more than a review, contact me and I can recommend the right servi
