FAQ
Can I order a banner without images?
Yes, in this case, I will offer you a free stock image suitable for your area or we will agree on a simple text banner
How many revisions can I request?
On all my gigs you get unlimited revisions. I always work until the complete satisfaction of the client's requests.
Do you use stock photos?
I often use stock photos, but always include a license to use them. Therefore, you can not worry about the legal aspects of the materials used.
What is your availability and do you provide discounts?
Monday-Saturday | 8 am-9 pm. Depending on the complexity of the order, all repeat buyers receive a discount. The discount depends on the number of previously completed orders.
What is your background and experience?
I have been working as a marketer and web designer for 6 years. My responsibilities include designing ads and then promoting them on social media/email marketing/google ads. I am professionally engaged in the promotion of educational online events: conferences, master classes, lectures, etc.
How can I get a refund if I don't like the design?
You can tell me that you are not satisfied with the result and I will offer you solutions or send a request to cancel the order. After you confirm that you agree to cancel the order, all funds will be returned to you.
