The best way to know if you need to do an extra rewrite before giving your creation a try in studios and producer's offices is to give it to at least two readers first. One of your readers should be as far from the filmmaking as possible to give you a representation of the average cinemagoer's reaction, but another one should be right in the center of the business to give you professional feedback and an insight into the chances of your work to see a green light and make it to the screen - I am here for you.

I am a screenwriter myself and I know for sure how hard it could be to distance yourself from your story to see if you need to fix anything. Love is blind! Don't worry, I can help, but be prepared to hear harsh critique.
