Led M&E of food security and livelihood interventions (cash grants, agriculture inputs, livestock) across 10 union councils in Rajanpur and Rahim Yar Khan. Designed data collection tools (baseline, PDMs, endline), managed beneficiary accountability mechanisms and produced donor compliance reports. Ensured rigorous accountability and learning across a complex multi-intervention livelihood program by designing and managing a full M&E cycle from baseline through endline producing evidence that informed both OXFAM donor reporting and program course corrections. Established a community level complaint and feedback mechanism that enhanced transparency, strengthened beneficiary trust and contributed to measurable improvements in targeting accuracy and duplication prevention.
