About this Gig
Need to understand thousands of reviews, classify documents, or fine-tune an LLM on your company data? I build NLP and LLM solutions in Python.
I'm an AI engineer and PhD scholar with 8+ years of experience in NLP, machine learning and generative AI.
What I do:
- Sentiment analysis of reviews, surveys and social media, with complaint themes
- Text classification, topic modeling and intent detection
- Named entity recognition (NER) and information extraction
- Summarization and keyword extraction
- LLM fine-tuning: Llama, Mistral, Qwen with LoRA/QLoRA, or OpenAI fine-tuning
- Private LLM deployment for confidential data
- Multilingual NLP (English, Arabic and more)
Tools: Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, spaCy, NLTK, scikit-learn, LangChain, OpenAI, vLLM, FastAPI.
You get:
Clear results (Excel and charts), evaluation metrics, a Jupyter notebook or API, and a plain-English summary of the findings.
Order the Basic package for a review-sentiment report, or message me about your text data and goal.

FAQ
Can you analyse reviews from Google, Amazon or delivery apps?
Yes. Send a CSV/Excel export, or I can collect public reviews where the site allows it.
Sentiment only, or the reasons behind it?
Both: positive/negative/neutral plus the main complaint and praise themes, broken down by branch, product or month.
Should I fine-tune an LLM or use RAG?
Use RAG when the model needs your facts; fine-tune when it needs your style, format or domain language. I'll recommend one after looking at your data.
Can the fine-tuned model run privately?
Yes. Open-source models (Llama/Mistral) can run on your own server or cloud, and your data never leaves your environment.
Which languages do you support?
English plus multilingual models (Arabic, Urdu, French, Spanish and more).
What do I need to provide?
Your text data (CSV/Excel/JSON) and, for custom models, some labelled examples. I can help you label them.
