During my time at Foto & Gráfica LTDA, I progressed from photographer to leadership and commercial operations management roles. My responsibilities included capturing professional photographs, providing customer service to local and international visitors, coordinating daily operations, organizing staff schedules, supporting and guiding photographers, resolving conflicts, and contributing to sales targets. This experience strengthened my leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills in a fast-paced tourism environment.
