I would love to offer XML to JSON or CSV conversion service, while being a data manipulation and transformation developer.
Description
This gig is about getting a tool, which can be a normal .py script, which you can run, after installing Python or can be a .exe standalone GUI app (only double-click and use), to convert XML files in a folder to JSON or CSV. Source XML files must be of same format. Output can be a single JSON or CSV file, which will contain data from all processed XML files, or can be single JSON or CSV for each XML.
Technical
I'll parse source files using xml.etree.ElementTree or BeautifulSoup, and apply Python operations, or advanced regex commands (if needed), to prepare expected conversion results. For the GUI (if you need it), I'll use wxWidgets (wxPython) or Qt (PySide2). And will use PyInstaller or cx_Freeze to convert it to .exe.

Can you convert XML files from an online source?
Well, yes. I can add code to download XML files from an online source, then process, rather than source files being have to be present in a local folder.
Can you compile for any OS other than Windows?
No. I can only deliver compile GUI app for Windows. It must be 64-bit architecture. And can be Windows 7, 8, or 10.
What if all source XML files are not in same format?
You could tell me what kind of different formats script can expect. So they're not supposed to be 100% in same format. I mean, we can program the script to handle different formats of data, but not to handle any unknown or random formats.
