I'll write standalone tool (CLI/GUI) in Python, that will run on Windows, to bulk process PDFs as per your any required specification. Great experience working with PDFs in Python. Technologies I use include: Xpdf, PDFtk, PyPDF2, PyMuPDF (fitz), whhtmltopdf, etc.
Following tasks I can do, but not limited to:
- Form filling
- Stamping with image or text
- Bulk invoice generation
- Replacing elements
- Resizing pages
- Merging
- Splitting
- Cropping
- Tables extraction
- Text extraction
- Embedded images extraction
- Deleting pages on certain criteria
- Rotating pages
