I will build an n8n ai gmail auto reply bot trained on your data

Tired of answering the same customer emails again and again?

I will build a smart AI bot that reads your Gmail and replies to your customers automatically, 24 hours a day. The bot is trained on your own company data, so it answers like a real member of your team.

How it works

1. A customer sends an email to your Gmail.
2. The AI reads it and searches your company data (FAQ, policies, prices, product info).
3. It writes a correct, polite reply and sends it, all in seconds.

What you get

• AI bot built in n8n, connected to your Gmail
• Trained on your data (PDF, Docs, website text, FAQ)
• Replies in your brand's tone (friendly or professional)
• Memory, so the bot understands the whole conversation
• Optional draft mode: you approve before it sends
• Alerts to Slack or Telegram when a human is needed
• Simple video guide on how to use it

Perfect for: online stores, agencies, clinics, restaurants, real estate, and any business with many support emails.

What I need from you

• Access to your Gmail
• Your company data (FAQ, policies, product details)
• Your OpenAI API key (or I can guide you to get one)
