For the past three years, I have been working as a biochemist in the laboratory of Birra Korça, one of Albania’s well-known breweries. Through my experience in the brewing industry, I have developed practical knowledge of laboratory analysis, quality control, microbiological and biochemical testing, sample analysis, and monitoring processes related to beer production. Working in a brewery laboratory has strengthened my attention to detail, analytical thinking, accuracy, and ability to work according to strict quality and safety standards.
