MS Project (.mpp) and Primavera P6 (.xer). I can also export to PDF and Excel.
What do you need from me to start?
Your scope of work, drawings or a Bill of Quantities (BoQ), the project start date and target duration. A task list helps but isn't required — I can build the WBS from your drawings.
What's included in the schedule?
Full WBS, activity logic, durations, the critical path, milestones, calendars and a clean Gantt chart. Higher tiers add resource/cost loading, an S-curve and progress tracking.
Can you work to a specific standard or lender's requirements?
Yes. I have experience with international tender schedules under World Bank, ADB and EBRD procurement rules.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. Each package includes the number of revisions shown in the pricing table (logic, durations or formatting). Extra revisions are available on request.
