I spend my days exploring client sites, Payhip stores, mobile apps and indie games as if I were a regular user. Using Chrome DevTools, TestRail and Android Studio I track UI glitches, broken links, slow load times and gameplay bugs, then compile a concise report with screenshots, step‑by‑step reproduction steps and priority recommendations. Over the past year I helped a SaaS startup cut their post‑launch support tickets by 35 % and a game developer catch 27 critical crashes before release, letting them ship on schedule and with a smoother player experience.
