Can you send me a sample for free?
Yes, I can send you a sample from any kind of audio file for free. If you want a sample before placing an order, the only thing you need to do is contact me :)
If I request a sample does the file have to be the same one I send when placing the order?
Yes. Every recording is unique, and working on one recording never guarantees the results of a different recording. The purpose of a sample is for me to show you how I can get that particular file to sound. If you give me a different file the results will be different.
I have background noise in my audio file, can you completely remove it?
It can always be reduced and in some cases completely removed. If you send me your audio file before placing your order I can create a sample to show you the results you can expect before ordering.
I have a poor quality audio file, can you make it sound more professional?
Enhancements can be made, but you can't turn a poor quality file into a professional sounding one
Does removing background noise affect the quality of the other sounds I want to keep?
If you have a small amount of background noise, it can usually be removed without any noticeable change to the other sounds. When you have a lot of loud background noise, removing it does affect the quality of the sounds you want to keep.
What kind of files do I need to send?
Sending either high quality MP3 or WAV files helps prevent compatibility issues. Most podcasters use one of those two file types.
do you edit podcast too?
Yes, I do all kinds of audio projects and I can completely edit your podcast to make it a masterpiece.
Can you deliver me a file in few hours (2 yo 4 hours)?

I would work with her again because she did tale a lot of pauses and extra talking. The price was decent for that work. However, I asked for a few words to be removed and they were not. I had to go back in and edit several ums, and uhs and take out some breathing. Still saved me time of doing it all myself but bummed I had to re-edit a bit.
