Do I need to give you access to my website?
For fixes and rebuilds, yes. I'll need a WordPress admin login so I can work on your pages. I recommend creating a temporary admin account for me and deleting it after delivery. I can also work on a staging copy of your site if you prefer.
Can I edit the pages myself after you finish?
Yes, that's the point of building with Gutenberg. Everything is delivered as standard blocks, so you can update text, images, and layouts yourself without a page builder or any code.
