Gig Summary
About this gig
You know that moment a hot lead calls after hours, and by the time you call back the next morning, they've gone with another agent? That's not a lead problem it's a setup problem.
I build your real estate CRM Follow Up Boss, Lofty, or GoHighLevel, whichever fits how you work and connect an AI voice agent through Vapi that picks up when you can't, asks the right questions, and gets the lead into your system before they hang up.
This isn't a generic plug-and-play setup. I look at how your leads actually move (or don't), then build your pipelines, lead sources, and automation around your real workflow not a template.
What you walk away with:
Your CRM set up and configured the way YOUR business runs
An AI voice agent that sounds real, answering when you're in a showing or asleep
Every call automatically logged into your CRM
A real walkthrough call with me, not just a PDF
If your tech is supposed to help but sits half-configured, message me what's actually happening with your leads. I'll tell you honestly what it takes to fix it.

I build automation systems for real estate agents and local businesses using n8n, connecting CRMs like Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel, and Lofty to AI so leads get answered and followed up automatically, even when you're not around. I also set up AI voice agents that actually pick up calls and sound real. Before this I spent 3+ years in web design and game development, so I know how to build things that actually hold up, not just look good. I test everything properly, and I don't disappear after delivery if something breaks, I'm still here.

Ongoing collaborationSEO was already done when I opened the settings. The Loom made me feel like I could actually run the site myself after handoff. What stood out most was how he managed the whole project never went silent, and every delivery was clean. If you're a freelancer who needs a portfolio or website that actually...

Ongoing collaborationHe sent a Framer file where I could literally swap the accent colour from one variable and the whole thing updated. That sounds small but it saved us two rounds of back and forth I've had with other designers where you change one thing and something else breaks. The font pairing he picked the editorial...

Ongoing collaborationHe came back with a wireframe and a working design system in one shot. The font pairing was exactly the vibe I had in my head but couldn't name. Thank you, I look forward to completing my portfolio with you.

Honestly, this was one of the best Fiverr experiences I’ve had. I run a small clinic and needed an automation that could handle patient appointments without constant manual work. He built a system where our chatbot can create, reschedule, or cancel bookings directly in Google Calendar. The setup was...
