Are you a real ethical hacker? Do you have certifications?
Yes. I hold cybersecurity certifications (CEH, NullClass Webpage Security, AWS AIML Foundations) and have built security systems for academic and real-world projects. My healthcare AI project handles sensitive medical data. So yeah security is my priority!
Will you break my website during testing?
No. I perform safe, non-destructive tests. I never modify or delete data. For live sites, I use read-only methods unless you explicitly ask for authenticated testing on a staging copy.
What's the difference between Basic and Standard?
Basic is an automated scanner (good for quick checks). Standard is manual. I personally test every form, login, and API endpoint. Manual finds 3x more bugs. Premium adds malware removal, security patches, and a call.
Do you provide a written report?
Yes. Every package includes a detailed report listing: vulnerability name, risk level (low/medium/critical), proof (screenshot or payload), and step-by-step fix instructions.
Can you fix the vulnerabilities you find?
Yes. Premium package includes security patch installation. For lower packages, you can add "Security patch installation" as a gig extra, or I'll give you clear fix steps you can give to your developer.
My website is on WordPress/Shopify/Wix. Can you test it?
Yes. I test all platforms custom code, WordPress plugins, Shopify apps, even static sites. If it has a login form or accepts user input, I can test it.
What if you find nothing? Do I still pay?
If I find zero vulnerabilities after a full manual test (Standard or Premium), I will refund 50%. That almost never happens every site has at least one issue.
