What do you need from me?
Your website link, access to your hosting or website files (cPanel/FTP or admin login), and the email address where messages should be sent.

This usually happens when the server's mail settings are not set up correctly. I fix it by setting up SMTP, so emails are delivered reliably to your inbox.
