Prepare your next trade bid with quantities you can review against the drawings. I coordinate drywall, HVAC and MEP takeoffs for the specific trades agreed before ordering.
Scope may include drywall assemblies and finishes, HVAC ductwork and equipment, plumbing piping and fixtures, or electrical devices and equipment. Each trade is scoped separately; this is not an automatic full-building MEP package.
Deliverables can include organized Excel quantities, marked-up PDF plans and labor/material cost breakdowns where agreed. Inclusions, exclusions and assumptions are stated clearly. For priced estimates, we confirm the location and pricing basis, including any supplier quotes you provide.

Revisions cover the agreed drawing set and scope; revised plans or added trades need a scope review. This service provides estimating support, not engineered design or stamped drawings.
