FAQ
What access do you need to start working on my DNS or email setup?
I typically need access to your domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap), web hosting panel (e.g., cPanel, Cloudflare), or email service provider (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoho). I’ll guide you step-by-step if you’re unsure how to provide access securely.
Can you fix email deliverability issues like emails going to spam?
Yes! I specialize in setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to improve email authentication and ensure your emails land in the inbox, not the spam folder.
Do you support all domain registrars and hosting providers?
Absolutely. I work with all major platforms including GoDaddy, Namecheap, Bluehost, Hostinger, SiteGround, Cloudflare, and more.
Can you connect my domain to platforms like Shopify, Wix, or Squarespace?
Yes, I can configure DNS settings to connect your domain to any website builder or eCommerce platform, including Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, and Showit.
What if I don’t know what’s wrong with my DNS or email setup?
No problem! Just send me a message describing your issue. I’ll analyze your setup and recommend the best solution before you place an order.
Is my information safe with you?
100%. I treat your data with the utmost confidentiality and only use it to complete the task. I never store or share your credentials.
Do you offer ongoing support after the order is complete?
Yes, I offer post-delivery support for any issues related to the work I’ve done. If you need long-term management, I also offer custom packages.

In my opinion, this should have been handled correctly during the previous job, when our email was transferred to Microsoft. If all the details had been checked properly at that time, we probably would not have had...
