What website platforms do you support?
I work with WordPress (most common), Joomla, Magento, OpenCart, Drupal, and custom PHP/HTML websites. If you're unsure, just message me — I'll let you know if I can help.
Will you need my hosting/FTP/admin credentials?
Yes. To perform a deep clean, I'll need FTP/cPanel or SSH access and your CMS admin credentials. All credentials are used solely for the cleanup and kept strictly confidential. I recommend changing passwords after the job is complete (which I'll remind you to do).
How long does the cleanup take?
Most cleanups are completed within 12–24 hours of receiving access credentials. Severe infections or large sites may take up to 48 hours. I'll always update you on progress.
What does "30-day re-infection guarantee" mean?
If your site gets re-infected with the same type of malware within 30 days of my cleanup, I'll fix it again at no additional charge. This applies as long as you haven't made major changes to the site after delivery.
Can you help get my site removed from Google's blacklist?
Absolutely. After cleaning the malware, I'll submit a review request to Google Search Console on your behalf. Google typically reviews and removes the warning within 1–3 business days.
My hosting suspended my account. Can you still help?
Yes. I can work with most hosting providers. In many cases, I can clean the files directly via cPanel File Manager or FTP even when the site is suspended. Contact me first so we can assess the situation.
Will my website go down during the cleanup?
I try to minimize downtime. In most cases, your site stays live during the process. In severe cases, a short maintenance window (15–30 mins) may be needed — I'll always notify you in advance.
Do you offer ongoing security/maintenance?
Yes! Check out my security hardening and monthly maintenance packages. Prevention is far cheaper than a cleanup — I recommend a firewall, regular backups, and vulnerability scans after every cleanup.
