Do I get a report of what you did?
Yes, absolutely. Every weekend service includes a detailed report with: list of completed backups, installed updates, security scans results, disk health status, any issues found (without deletion), and recommendations. Full transparency.
What types of businesses do you support?
Professional offices (lawyers, accountants, doctors), small businesses, shops, agencies, freelancers with 2–50 computers. Also single business PCs.
How do you access my computers?
Secure remote access (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or RDP over VPN). I never access without your approval.
Do you work only on weekends?
Yes, I check and maintain everything during Saturday/Sunday. You get a report by Monday morning.
What if you find a serious problem (virus, failing disk)?
I'll notify you immediately via chat/phone and suggest solutions (backup restore, disk replacement, malware cleaning). You decide whether to proceed.
What systems do you support?
Windows 10/11 Windows Server MacOS Linux Distro small office networks, shared folders, printers. unless specifically arranged.
