About this gig
This Amazon PPC audit is for brands already running Sponsored Ads who want to know where the money goes and what to fix first.
I work as an in-house Amazon Brand Manager for private label brands in the US and UK. I audit Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display for each ASIN, then rank every fix by impact. Scope is by ASIN: Basic 1, Standard up to 3, Premium up to 6.

- Bids and budgets against your target ACoS
- ACoS vs TACoS, so cuts don't hurt organic sales (Standard, Premium)

I'm an in-house Amazon Brand Manager. I lead a team that runs private label brands on Amazon US and UK, and I currently manage about $120K a month in ad spend on a brand doing about $1M in revenue.

FAQ
What do you need from me to start?
Your ASINs, marketplace, target ACoS or TACoS, and user access to your Amazon Ads console (Seller Central too if you can). You add me as a user with the permissions you choose. I never ask for your password.
Can you promise a lower ACoS?
No. ACoS also depends on your listing, price, reviews and competitors, which ads alone don't control. What I can promise is a clear diagnosis and a fix list ranked by impact. If the listing is the real problem, I'll tell you.
How is the audit priced?
By ASIN. Basic covers 1 ASIN, Standard up to 3, Premium up to 6. Every Sponsored Products, Brands and Display campaign advertising those ASINs is included. Need more? Add the Extra ASIN option.
Do you make the changes in my account?
Not in this gig. You get the fix list and, in Standard and Premium, a bulk file you upload yourself. If you want me to make the changes and run the account, see my monthly Amazon PPC management gig.
Which marketplaces do you cover?
I mainly work on Amazon US and UK and have managed EU accounts too. For any other marketplace, message me before ordering and I'll confirm.
What if I don't understand PPC reports?
That's normal. The report is in plain English with the top fixes first. Premium includes a recorded video walkthrough, and you can add a live Fiverr video call after ordering.
What results have you had before?
New York Cables: 263 campaigns restructured, ACoS from 20.65% to 13.46%, sales up 38% (July to August 2024). It's in my portfolio. Every account is different, so I don't quote numbers before I see yours.
