Part-time, remote, for a US real estate company. I own a production Next.js real estate CRM (new features, bug fixes, deployments) and build Claude-powered automations for lead handling and follow-ups. I also built an AI meeting assistant Discord bot (Discord API, Claude API, Supabase) that records meetings and posts summaries and action items, and a Flutter restaurant ordering app on a Supabase backend with realtime order status.
