FAQ
1. Does one package include paperback formatting, eBook formatting, and book cover design?
Only the services listed in your selected package are included. If you need print, eBook, and cover files together, please contact me for a combined custom offer.
2. How do I choose the right book formatting or book layout design package?
Send your manuscript, required editions, trim size, approximate word or page count, and details about images, tables, or footnotes. I will review everything and recommend the most suitable package.
3. Can you work with Word, PDF, Canva, or Adobe InDesign files?
Editable DOC, DOCX, and INDD files are preferred. PDF and Canva files may also be accepted, but reconstruction or conversion could require custom pricing. Please send your file for review first.
4. Can my paperback, hardcover, and Kindle editions have a matching design?
Yes. I can maintain consistent typography, chapter styling, dividers, and branding while adapting each edition to its specific technical requirements.
5. Is proofreading or text editing included?
No. This service covers formatting and design. Proofreading, rewriting, adding new content, or extensive manuscript corrections can be quoted separately.
6. What is included in a revision?
Revisions include adjustments within the original formatting and design scope. New chapters, replaced content, additional formats, or a different trim size may require an extra charge.
7. Can you design a new book cover or fix an existing one?
Yes. I can create a new paperback, hardcover, or eBook cover, as well as resize or correct an existing cover. Cover work must be included in your package or custom offer.
8. Can you help me upload the finished files to Amazon KDP?
Yes. Upload assistance can be added through a custom offer. You will retain ownership and control of your publishing account.
9. What if Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, or Lulu reports a file issue?
Send me the complete error message or a screenshot. I will review the file and correct any formatting-related issue covered by the original project scope.
