About this Gig
ENV-SP certified. 17+ years in federal infrastructure and large-capital projects.
I prepare Envision v3 sustainability assessments that help infrastructure and construction projects demonstrate measurable sustainability performance and move toward verification.
What you get: a credit-by-credit Envision evaluation, a scored assessment, and a documentation narrative your team or verifier can use.
Ideal for: engineering firms, contractors, municipalities, and developers pursuing Envision recognition or stronger grant/RFP sustainability scores.
How it works: (1) You share project scope + drawings; (2) I map applicable Envision credits; (3) I deliver a scored assessment + narrative; (4) Premium adds a scoring-strategy call.
Credentials: ENV-SP · M.A. Economics (CUNY) · executive education, Wharton & Columbia. Message me before ordering so I can confirm scope and timeline.

FAQ
Do you guarantee my project will earn Envision verification?
No one can guarantee a third-party verification outcome. I deliver an accurate assessment, scorecard, and documentation that position your project as strongly as possible for ISI review.
What do you need from me to start?
Project type and location, design stage, drawings/specs, and your deadline. If you know which Envision credits you're targeting, share that too.
What's the difference between the three packages?
Basic is a pre-assessment credit-gap checklist. Standard adds a full scored credit scorecard with documentation narrative. Premium adds verification-ready documentation plus a scoring-strategy call.
Can you work with projects outside the U.S.?
Yes. Envision applies to infrastructure projects internationally; share your project details and I'll confirm fit before you order.
