Knew his stuff. Exactly what we needed. AI now triages 70% of our Shopify support emails - order lookups, returns, shipping and flags the tricky ones for us. Smart tool choice(n8n to keep costs flat as we grow), great communicator and multilingual replies are a bonus. highly recommend!

Built us a RAG chatbot that actually answers from our own docs instead of making stuff up. Responses are accurate and it even cites where the info came from. Communication was great and he explained the technical side without overcomplicating it. Supper happy!

Honestly so happy with this. We had a messy manual lead process and now it's all automated — emails get parsed, added to HubSpot, and the right rep gets pinged on Slack in seconds. Great communication, asked good questions, even caught a bug during testing I'd never have found. Delivered early too. Will def be back.
