About this gig
I turn your house plans or your 3D model into an interactive 3D tour that runs in the browser. Your clients open a link on a phone or a computer, with nothing to install.
What you can send me:
- A plan as a PDF or an image, with dimensions, or a hand-drawn plan
- Or a 3D export from your software (glTF/GLB, OBJ or FBX)
What you get:
- A plan view, a 3D model view and a walk-through at eye level
- Walls, doors and windows to scale
- Furniture with real dimensions (Standard and Premium)
- The real sun path for the location (Premium)
- A web page you can put on your website or send to your clients
Built with Three.js and made to run well on phones.

I build AI agents, automations and custom tools for businesses: email triage with draft replies, invoice and PDF processing, forms, dashboards, links between your tools (email, Excel, Google Sheets, CRM) and fast Next.js websites.
Recent work: an open-source AI agent that reads supplier invoices, checks totals, VAT, IBAN and duplicates with Python rules and fills Excel (246 tests, 10/10 on 10 fictional invoices).

Which files can you work from?
A plan as a PDF or an image with dimensions, a hand-drawn plan, or a 3D export in glTF/GLB, OBJ or FBX. If your software can't export these formats, send me a message with what you have before you order.
Is this a photorealistic rendering?
No. It is an interactive 3D model, light enough to run in a browser, with clean and simple materials. If you need photorealistic still images, this gig is not the right fit.
Can I put the tour on my own website?
Yes. You get the files to put on your own website, or a single page you can link to or send to your clients.
