How accurate is it?
On clear digital PDFs, very accurate. I test on your samples and add validation and a review queue for anything uncertain. I won't promise 100%.
Is my data safe?
It runs on your own accounts. For sensitive data I can use a self-hosted setup and AI models with zero data retention.
What about scanned or handwritten documents?
Scans work well. Handwriting quality varies, so please send a sample first and I'll tell you honestly what accuracy to expect.
What are the running costs?
Usually a few cents per document in AI fees, billed directly to your own account. I give you an estimate based on your volume before we start.
Do I own the workflow?
Yes. Everything is built in your accounts and you get the source code or exported workflow files, plus a short video walkthrough.
