The app is a web app and needs internet to sync in real time — that's what lets clients check their position remotely. If you need a fully offline version for a single-location kiosk, message me before ordering so I can quote it separately.
Can I use my own domain, like queue.mysalon.com?
Yes. Custom domain setup is available as an add-on.
Do I get the source code?
Source code handover is included in the Premium package, and available as an add-on on Basic/Standard.
Can you add online payments or appointment booking, not just a walk-in queue?
