Need to organize a backlog? I can combine receipts, invoices, old quotes and purchase orders into a searchable register, sorted by date, document type, supplier/customer or job, with source references, duplicate checks and unclear values flagged. Quotes remain separate from invoices.
Packages include up to 10 columns, consistent formatting and one revision:
Basic: 5 pages or 100 rows.

Premium: 30 pages or 600 rows.
Whichever limit is reached first applies.

What files can I send?
Readable PDFs, JPG, PNG and WebP images, screenshots or pasted text. Please message me about other formats before ordering. Each image or PDF page counts as one page.
How are the package limits counted?
Each package has a page limit and a row limit; whichever is reached first applies. All packages include up to 10 output columns. Please message me with a sample if you are unsure which package fits.
Do you use AI?
Yes. I use AI-assisted extraction through OpenAI and manually check the output against your source files. If you require a non-AI workflow, contact me before ordering so we can confirm whether I can meet your requirements.
Can you process confidential documents?
Only send documents you are authorized to share and allow to be processed through OpenAI. Redact unnecessary account numbers, personal identifiers and other sensitive details before uploading. Please discuss any special confidentiality requirements before ordering.
What does a revision include?
One round of corrections to the agreed extraction or column layout using the original files. Additional files, rows, columns beyond the package limit, or a new task require a separate quote.
Can you work with handwriting or blurry scans?
Please send a sample in Fiverr messages before ordering. Readability and layout affect the scope. Unreadable or ambiguous values are flagged rather than guessed.
What will I receive?
An editable Excel workbook (.xlsx) or CSV in your requested column order. If you need multiple worksheets or a particular import format, include that in your requirements.
