Junior Associate – Litigation & Legal Drafting Law Office of Advocate Indira Labde | 2023 – 2025 I began my legal career as a Junior Associate, where I gained practical experience in litigation, legal research, drafting, and client advisory. My work involved assisting in matters before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, Consumer Forum, NCLT, and other judicial forums. My responsibilities included drafting and reviewing legal documents such as pleadings, legal notices, affidavits, written statements, contracts, and commercial agreements. Through this experience, I developed strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of risk management and dispute prevention. I am now expanding my practice into freelance legal services, focusing on business contract drafting for startups, entrepreneurs, agencies, freelancers, and international clients. My objective is to prepare legally sound, commercially practical, and customized agreements that protect clients' interests and reduce legal risks.
